Avoid Refund Home Loans at all costs.
As other franchisees have said they suck you in with glossy presentations at fancy hotels then once you’ve handed over $65,000 you get nothing in return.
Months of waiing for flyers, business cards and other essential items. VERY little support and ongoing monthly fees of almost $1000. When you do make $$$ they take their 20-25% as well.
NO qualified leads are supplied.
I wish I had seen this site before signing up. Now I’m stuck with the business for another 4 years and its going to cost upwards of $100,000 over this 5 year agreements.
Want to sell? That’ll be another $20,000 to Wayne (Lies through his teeth) Ormond.
