When you are moving to a new town or city it can be kind of scary. There is so much that you don’t know. There is so much that you need to do and if you have children you have to get them registered for school. Then you have the utilities and basic things for your home. Especially when you are moving to a smaller community you learn that there are traditions and things that you will want to know about the community you are moving to. If you have purchased Park City Real Estate let’s take a look at some of the basic things you will want to know about Park City.

Here are some of the basic things you will want to know about your Park City Real Estate and things you will want to take care of for your home:

1. Your utilities are run through Rocky Mountain Power, Questar and Park City Municipal Corporation for your water.

2. There are several options for your phone line. You can decide on who you want to go with.

3. Since it is a small community there are a few schools that serve the Park City, Snyderville, Silver Creek, Jeremy Ranch and Summit Park area. There are four elementary schools. There are two middle schools and one high school. It is nice because the children get to know one another over the years.

4. As a resident of Park City since you have purchased Park City Real Estate you are able to enjoy the community library and education center. There are many programs offered through the community library.

5. Park City has several different events that take place. It is great to be a part of the community and take part in these events. You can find a calendar online or you can contact the Park City Special Events department. Since you are a part of a small community you can get involved and enjoy the historical events of Park City.

6. There is a Park City Family Health and Emergency Center. There are a few options for emergencies. It is always nice to know where the emergency center is since you never know when an emergency is going to happen.

8. Since it is the time of the year for voting you will want to get registered so that you can participate in voting. You will want to contact the County clerk.

Though Park City is a small community with a close network of people you will find that all of the services you are accustomed to in other communities are available to you in Park City. You will find that you made a great decision purchasing Park City Real Estate. It is a great place!
